Lunch on the hoof en route to Rushalls farm to enjoy a splendid visit, stroking Camilla the pig, feeding and patting the donkeys, holding orphaned lambs and, yes, stroking turkeys, rescued from the Christmas rush. It’s an organic farm, efficiently run on ethical principles which was obvious throughout. Greencare on a grand scale. The afternoon was rounded up with a tractor ride through the fields and woodland.
